Brett Gillen holds a BA in Literature and Languages from Bennington College in the United States where he was the recipient of The Wallace Fowlie Scholarship for Excellence in French Lit. As a translator, he specializes in French essays, news articles, short stories, novels and plays as well as film scripts and bandes dessinées. Familiarity with the subject, minute attention to detail, and scrupulous concern for style and target are the hallmarks of his work.
